Today,there are up to nearly20million square meters of building area increasingn every year in the rapid development of China’s construction industry, and most of these new buildings are high-energy buildings.Our resources, energy shortage, so building energy efficiency is imperative. We need to do systematic research that relates to the building energy efficiency,which is the whole life cycle of building energy analysis,and ooking for ways to improve building energy efficiency.According to the framework of life-cycle theory, it is to determine the scope of the study of solar buildings and analysis of energy saving of buildings and solar building energy consumption. Assumed useful life of30years, the results obtained regardless of the kind of construction, the use phase energy consumption is the largest.By calculating solar construction:6.6%of the production phase, the construction phase of1.3%,1.1%removal stage; ordinary energy-saving residential:2%of the production phase, the construction phase of0.55%,0.45%removal stage; analysis of two before building for20years and the energy consumption of the increase or decrease after30years, At the same time, through the unit area with use fixed number of year of the chartalso make us clear understanding to the increase of the building use fixed number of year,more help building energy saving.Estimate the environmental impact of building energy consumption, solar building CO2emissions is2691.182T/m2; ordinary energy-saving building CO2emissions is7994.232T/m2, therefore,whether the effect of energy saving, or building sustainable, solar building to the influence of the environment is relatively small.For economic analysis of solar buildings, it is compared with the ordinary energy-saving buildings, from the project cost on look, the unit cost of solar building is1651.8yuan/m2, the unit cost of common energy-saving construction is1.087.3yuan/m2, and it is15.84years for the payback period of solar buildings through the engineering economy analysis, but if it is the original building on the transformation, the transformation of the capital is recovered after less than two years, so for the use of solar energy, it is more than economic in the original construction on the transformation of the new solar building.Finally, based on the whole life cycle of building calculation of hierarchical analysis,we obtained by analyzing the number of solar power is0.682,and the ordinary power saving construction weight is0.318. Through the consistency test, the results are available.So the solar building is more energy efficiency, economic, environmental protection than ordinary energy-saving building.
