Objective：To study method and therapeutic of the precise quantitative of intratumoralinjection of the mixture of bleomycin of treatment of hypopharyngeal and laryngealhemangioma, under the electronic laryngoscope express precise positioning andaccording to tumor size，To provide the reference as the research and clinicaltreatment.Methods： collect25cases who were diagnosed Hypopharynx and larynxhemangioma by the E.N.T. department of Fujian Medical University affiliated firsthospital between January2007and November2011, measuring tumor size under MRIenhanced scan, positioning clearly of video laryngoscope, using of specialinjection of small needle endoscope (Olympus WF-1816PN), according to tumorbody size, proportion quantification of of bleomycin mixture was injected to25casesof hemangioma intratumoralion.25patients according electronic laryngoscopy and anMRI results to Judgment curative effect when6months after the last treatment.Results：25cases according to tumor body size to Judgment curative effect when6months after the last treatment，20cases were cured, curative ratio80%，effective in3cases，effective ratio12%，preliminary effective in1cases，effective rate4%，invalidin1case，invalid rate4%.1patient (4%) grows local ulcer，and cure spontaneouslyafter3weeks.1patient(4%) appears Pharyngeal abscess,the patient was cured byincision and drainage after revenue Hospitalized. After0.5years of follow-up, norecurrence.Conclusion：According to size of tumor by measurement of MRI, help control theamount of injection. Quantitative Bleomycin treatment of tumor is safe, reliable, simple and effective.
