Objective: To observe the of plasma’s d-dimer’s (DDI) content of patients ofHypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and the amount of bleeding in Hypertensiveintracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).we research the correlation relationship between thed-dimer’s content and the amount of bleeding of HICH.Methods:1.Patient selection:92patients related to HICH were treated in Yananuniversity afflilated hospital from2009,October to2011,November,including50malesand42females,age from33to87years old, average age of54.2±14.30years old. Timeis between4hours and15hours from onset to admission, average time of8.02±3.04hours. Bleeding reason:hypertension. They have a history of hypertension between2to30years, blood pressure is150—210/90—120mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)。2. testmethods:We have told the condition of patients to their famlily members and told themthe tests’ value and get the agreement from them for getting3ml plasm from one patientin the2nd day. And I do the same things to the volunteer.Result:1. we divide all the patients in3groups:1group(the amount bleeding<10ml);2group (10ml<the amount bleeding<30ml);3group (the amount bleeding>30ml),and get3regression of equation about the X(the amount bleeding) and Y(thelevel of DDI of plasm).for instance: Y=0.032+0.109X; Y=0.153+0.101X;Y=0.108+0.101X and use analysis of variance F test to test every equation.Everyequation have significant difference (P<0.05);and then we give all the sample sizeregression analysis and get a regression of equation: Y=0.111+0.101X and then useanalysis of variance F test to test it. And get the same result. 2.We divided all the samples into2groups by the standard (whether or not the bloodcrashed through cerebral ventricular).and get another40samples(DDI) from thehealthy people. Through statistical test we found the results(P<0.05)that the level ofconcentration of the plasms’D-dimer in each group of the inergroup comparison weresignificant difference.Conclusion:1. Plasma’s D-dimer’s content’s level of the patients of HICH have positivecorrelation linear relationship with the amount of bleeding in Hypertensive intracerebralhemorrhage (HICH).2. The raising up of Plasma’s D-dimer’s content’s level of the patients ofHICH have significant correlation with the intracerebral hemorrhage broken intoventricles.
