Research On The Public Health Ethics Of Confidential Information Of Aids Virus Carriers

The rapid spread of AIDS is seriously harmful to public health, and prevention and control of AIDS has increasingly become urgent task in contemporary society.AIDS is still unable to be cured because of the current medical technology level.Therefore,psychological aspects has become an important way of preventing and controlling of AIDS. Confidential information for AIDS virus carriers involves many ethical problems in the process of preventing AIDS, how to deal with these ethical issues directly affects the construction and promoting of public health,and solving these problems well need together hard work of individual,government and society.The introduction part discusses the background and significance of this topic,and sums up the the study results on the topic from domestic and foreign scholars;The first part elaborates theoretical basis for the research on public health ethics of confidential information for AIDS virus carriers,and analyzes the concepts of security, public health and public health ethics,and puts forward three public health ethics problems caused by this problem;The second part separately analyzes ethical dilemmas——conflicts between individual rights and the public good——encounted when dealing with the topic question from aspects of AIDS virus carriers,public health professionals and society;On the basis of the study results of the Chinese and foreign scholars,combining the concepts and characteristic of public health ethics,The third part puts forward four public health ethics principles to treatment the problem of confidential information of AIDS virus carriers:The principle of utility,the least damage,respect and concern; Combinating the above theories,the fourth part analyzes the responsibility and puts forward the related strategies when dealing the topic question from aspects of the AIDS virus carriers,public health officials,government and society.On the one hand, on the basis of the research results of Chinese and foreign scholars and combining the current situation,this article puts forward some new theories,on the other hand,this article puts forward some new strategies to solve topic question.
