Objective:To explore and analysis on effects of hemoperfusion for the prognosis acute paraquat poisoning, whether survival is improved by hemoperfusion, whether hemoperfusion appropriate time after ingestion and hemoperfusion times can make a difference in outcomes of paraquat poisoning patients.Methods:62reports containing sufficient information of paraquat-poisoned patients were evaluated from2003to2011. All of the patients are older than fourteen years. According to different treatment, they are divided into two groups which are routine therapy group(15cases) and hemoperfusion group(47cases).Study essentials are the first time of hemoperfusion performed and hemoperfusion times respectively.First,47cases patients are divided into two groups which are less than twelve hours and more than twelve hours. Second,They are also divided into two groups according to hemoperfusion one times and more than two times. Finally, they are divided into two groups which are less than twelve hours with more than two times hemoperfusion and more than twelve hours with one times. Measurement data was showed as means±standard deviations, which were made analyzed with t test. Count data were made analyzed with x2test.Results:All of two groups in the study have no statistically significant difference for mortality.(p>0.05).Conclusions:1Hemoperfusion treatment can not improve the prognosis for moderate-severe PQP patients,,but it is superior trend for improving patients survival.2Hemoperfusion time started more than twelve hours or frequency more than two times can not improve the prognosis for moderate-severe PQP patients. Hemoperfusion times started less than twelve hours with more than two times too,but it is superior trend for improving patients survival. |
