Nowadays,the issue of job stress,has already been paid high attention widespread bythe whole society. Serious job stress could not only endanger employees’ health, but alsoaffect their work engagement in different degrees,and then impact the effectiveness of thewhole organization. With the rise of study about positive psychology and positiveorganizational behavior, researchers pay more attentions about the positive accepts oforganizations and persons. So the positive job stress will take positive results. Under thisbackground, the study tries to explain the correlation between job stress and jobengagement. Job stresses are differentiated into two types, challenge stressors andhindrance stressors. At the same time, we add psychological capital and self leader-shipand discuss their moderating effects between job stressors and job engagement.First the study compiles the leader-ship questionnaire to make it fit China’sorganizational culture. And then discuss the correlation between job stressors and jobengagement and the psychological capital’s and self leader-ship’s moderating effects. Thisresearch investigated300enterprise employees, and uses SPSS17.0and AMOS7.0as thetools to analysis the data after survey. The statistical analysis contains fiducially test,validity test,description statistic, correlation analysis and multivariate stepwise regression.Across the result of data, job stressors and job engagement have significant difference onemployees personnel’s characteristic, such as education degree. Challenge stressors havesignificant positive correlation with job engagement, but hindrance stressors don’t havesignificant negative correlation with job engagement. Psychological capital and selfleader-ship have regulation effects moderating between job stressors and job engagement.
