Object ivesTo evaluate the clinical efficacy of lingguibafa in Treating lumbar disc herniation, which aimed to explore an effective and reliable, easy-operating treatment, to broaden the range of acupuncture treatment, and to provide more means in treating lumbar disc herniation to further improve the quality of life of patients.Methods60cases of lumbar disc herniation were evenly divided into two groups (group:â‘ the traditional acupuncture group;â‘¡The lingguibafa acupunture group). Each group had30patients. The short form McGill pain questionnaire, the Japanese Orthopaedic Association low back pain score system (JOA) and and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese medicine disease diagnostic efficacy standards were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results1. After the treatment, the short form McGill pain questionnaire scores were all reduced in two groups (P<0.05); JOA scores were all decreased in two groups (P<0.05).2. After the treatment of first week, the short form McGill pain questionnaire scores showed that there was a significant difference(P<0.05) between two groups, and JOA showed there was no difference between two groups (P>0.05);and after After the treatment of second week, there was no difference between two groups in the short form McGill pain questionnaire scores and JOA scores by contrast (P>0.05).3. The effective rate of the two groups after the treatment did not show a significant difference (P>0.05).ConclusionsIn the pain imprevement, the efffect of lingguibafa accupunture is similar to the traditional acupuncture treatment, but the onset is faster.The lingguibafa accupunture in treating lumbar disc herniation has reliable and quick effect and is worth to promote.
