Research on attention has always been the concern of psychology; education is also very concerned about the intervention study of students with lower level of attention, not only the psychological community. About the study of attention, Psychologists often focus on the characteristics of attention capacity of the athletes, especially on the attention concentrativeness dimension. The research methods such as the speculation, the scale of the investigation and experimental measurements are adapted for the attention study. Studying on the quality of attention is prevalent in the sport. At present, the attention training is still using the past intervention methods, with the development of science and technology, researchers begin to use bio-feedback means to study the training of attention features, but the bio-feedback technology mainly focuses on the children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. HRV biofeedback technology is a new method to guide the attention, and this method is still not mature.In the present paper, the middle school students with a lower attention level is the object of study, and the method of combining the relaxation training, autogenic training and game training is applied to explore an effective way of attention training. In this study, the training process is divided into three stages, each stage needs two weeks and each week needs three times, a total of18times in three stages. Each stage includes four activities, and attention measurements are used after the each stage training. The difficulty of each stage of training has increased, and each stage has the higher requirements to encourage the students to make great progress. The study concludes:1. The training of attention features is effective to improve the middle school students’ attention by the HRV biofeedback technology.According to a systematic study on attention training, there are significant differences between experimental groups and control groups on attention stability, attention span, distribution of attention and attention mobility. The attention features level in experimental groups is significantly higher.2. This study can form a suitable solution for the middle school students to make attention train.3The heart beat in the HRV biofeedback technology can be used to measure the attention level before and after training.
