| Background:Hemorrhoids are the most common illnesses that seriously affect people’s normal life, perianal swelling, itching, pain are the common clinical manifestations, Surgical treatment has become the ideal means. External dissection and ligation of mixed hemorrhoids or Hemorrhoids ligation surgery in anesthesia are used in most of the country. But the natural pain is severely after the disappearance of anesthesia. the hospital research suggests that6-10hours after the operation, the pain is the worst. And the postoperative pain is a major problem in the troubles of Anorectal doctors and their patients, postoperative pain not only can cause constipation, urinary retention and other complications, it can also produce a series of pathophysiological changes at the same time that affect the the quality of the surgery, and affects the quality of life. How to solve the problem of postoperative pain has been the subject of the clinical staff, there is no cure for postoperative analgesia of hemorrhoids, and for the treatment of early postoperative pain in hemorrhoids, there are no research about specific period of time, and effective, side effects of treatment programs. Therefore, effective treatment programs, not only for improving the quality of life of patients has a very important meaning, but also to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment of great significance.Objectives:Observe ear pressure beans, Electric needle Bai Huan Shu analgesic efficacy on the basis of literature research and clinical observations and use modern information processing technology in early postoperative period, explore hemorrhoids early postoperative phased treatment, thereby enhancing hemorrhoids postoperative pain therapy, alleviate the suffering of patients, improve the quality of life of patients and guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Clinical research in accordance with a prospective, randomized, controlled study method will meet the inclusion criteria,120patients were treatment groupsl:treatment group2:treatment group3(1:1:1) were randomly divided into three groups of40cases. Observed three groups of patients during treatment:the variation of treatment onset time, duration of pain, the degree of pain relief before and after treatment. All the data results were analyzed using SPSS17.0statistical software.Result:A more balanced distribution of the three groups in age, sex, pain, and no significant difference (P>0.05) by the test, three sets of data. Three groups on the degree of pain relief before and after treatment, Treatment group2and treatment group3differences were significance (P>0.05). Treatment group2, the treatment group3and treatment groupl difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In the time of treatment onset, duration of pain, the differences between the three groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conelusion:Through this clinical study, the following preliminary conclusions can be drawn:1. Compared electric needle Bai Huan Shu, ear pressure beans, and other Chinese medicine with oral Paracetamol and Tramadol Hydrochloride Tablets, the efficacy of early hemorrhoid surgery pain, no side effects, worthy of promotion.2. Electric needle Bai Huan Shu group is more suitable in moderate to severe pain, ear pressure beans group is suitable for the treatment of mild to moderate pain.3. Traditional Chinese Medicine therapy is simple, which is effective, reliable, safe and adverse reactions, both economic, and environmental protection to the economic environment. It can improve the quality of life of patients and improve the quality and level of medical services to promote the doctor-patient harmonious. |
