As the times of the companies’globalizing competition is coming, employee’s life and work step is becoming faster and faster. But due to worsen of employee’s special working environment, their mental pressure arise the increase of different psychological and mental disease and also the proportion of sub-health situation. However, most of the Chinese companies just focus on the face of employee health’s importance. When the manager of a company wants to invest, he/she spends most of the money on other functions of the company besides compensation and basic welfare of national prescription. Employee’s persisting development is the key part of company’s persisting development. Employee’s health condition is the precondition and basis of company’s persisting development. Therefore, improve employee’s health condition is very important to increase company’s working efficiency.This thesis focuses on the above condition and sets up an employee health management model which is guided by lean thinking. By researching employee’s health condition of TEDA companies, using employee health management model with the guidance of lean thinking in A company and using pull function of lean thinking and considering customer’s needs of advanced quality products and service as the force of pull, this thesis manages the factors which influence employee’s health from different view to reach the purpose of improving employee’s health condition, prevent chronic disease to happen and develop, improve living quality, reduce medical cost and employee health management cost. During the comparison of A company employee’s health and health management cost control which has used the model before and after, we can see that it is possible to realize the improvement of human resource’s health condition, persisting development and productivity.
