Clinical Research On Ziyinqingre Method For Deficient Of Kidney-yin Of Intermenstrual Bleeding

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Ziyinqingre method on intermenstrual bleeding of deficient of kidney type.to explore the possible mechanism action and provide a scientific basis for the clinical application of it.Methods:Select50patients with intermenstrual bleeding of deficiency of kidney yin meeting the selection criteria, and divided into two groups randomly.The treatment group(30Patients)was treated with Ziyinqingre Decoction and the control group(20Patients) was treated with Liuweidihuang Wan and Erzhi Wan.Both take the drugs from the end of the menstrual to bleeding stopping. You can evaluate the effect when use they use3treatments.The content you observe is the efect of stoppng bleeding;the integration of symptom,the temperature difference between high and low and the thickness of the endometrium befor and after treatment.These all to determine the effect of the drug.Results:The rate of the total clinical effect in treatment group and control group h90%and60%, the rate of the hemostatic effect in the two groups was90%and60%, the treating group was superior to the control group. The treatment group of TCM symptoms integration is greater than the control group, it is significant difference (P<0.05) by t test, suggesting that the treatment group TCM syndrome improvement was better than the control group.Both can reduced the BBT temperature difference at different degrees.compared by t test (P<0.01), suggesting that the treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing the efficacy of BBT temperature difference. No significant changes in endometrial thickness in the two groups before and after treatment by t test (P>0.05); After treatment, endometrial thickness difference by t test (P>0.05), no statistically significant, indicating that the treatment group and control the group did not have an impact on the thickness of the endometrium. There were no adverse reactions happened during treatment about two groups.Conclusion:The treatment of Ziyinqingre method for intermenstrual bleeding of deficient of kidney type can significantly improve the patient’s symptoms and Hemostatic efficacy and also has a good improvement on the main symptoms such as Weak knees, dizziness and tinnitus, restless sleep last night. It can reduce the temperature difference of BBT and stabilize the BBT curve shape;it does not have an impact on the thickness of the endometrium.On the whole, Ziyinqingre method is a good way of treating intermenstrual bleeding and improving the patients’ symptoms.
