Clinical Research Of Ziyinqingre Method After Menstruation For Kidney-yin Deficiency Type Of Intermenstrual Bleeding

Research purposes:This study used the method of nourishing yin and clearing heat in the later stages of menstruation to treat patients with intermenstrual bleeding of kidney-yin deficiency.By observing the patient’s menstrual status,kidney yin deficiency syndromes,endometrial thickness,serum basic follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luternizing hormonel(LH)and estradiol(E2)levels to preliminarily discussed the effectiveness and safety of this method and improve women’s understanding of intermenstrual bleeding and provide more clinical methods and basis for the prevention and treatment of intermenstrual bleeding.research method:A total of 60 patients with intermenstrial bleeding who met the inclusion criteria of this study and in the outpatient department of our hospital were collected and randomly divided into 2 groups.the treatment group(30 cases)was treated with Erzhi Dihuang Decoction and the control group(30 cases)was treated with Liuwei Dihuang Wan.Both groups started taking medication from the 5th day of menstruation and stopped taking the medication for 14 consecutive days.One menstrual cycle was regarded as one course of treatment,and evaluation was conducted after 3 consecutive courses of treatment.By observing the changes in menstrual bleeding between the two groups of patients before and after treatment,the changes of TCM syndrome scores,the serum basic FSHLH,E2 levels,the endometrial thickness,and compare the relevant indicators before and after treatment.Using SPSS26.0 statistical software and related professional knowledge to analysis the results and draw conclusions.Research result:In the end,a total of 57 patients completed the study,including 29 in the treatment group and 28 in the control group.The results are as follows:(1)Comprehensive clinical efficacy-The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 89.66%,which was significantly higher than 64.29%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(2)Hemostatic effect:the total effective rate of hemostasis in the treatment group is 89.66%,and the total effective rate of hemostasis in the control group is 57.14%.There is a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The two treatments can shorten the bleeding time and reduce the bleeding score(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups,the treatment group had more obvious effects on shortening bleeding time and reducing bleeding score(P<0.01);(3)TCM syndrome score:The treatments used in the two groups can reduce the TCM syndrome score,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01);and the treatment group is better than the control group in reducing the TCM syndrome score(P<0.01).(4)Serum basic FSH,LH,E2 levels:After the treatment,both groups of patients can reduce FSH levels to a certain extent(P<0.05),and the effect of the treatment group is more obvious(P<0.05).After treatment,the E2 level of the two groups of patients was higher than before,and the difference within the group was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the effect of increasing the E2 level between the two groups(P>0.05).All had no significant effect on serum LH level(P>0.05).(5)Endometrial thickness:The average endometrial thickness of the Chinese medicine decoction group and the Chinese patent medicine group increased after treatment,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(6)Follow-up:3 months after the treatment was stopped,a follow-up survey of patients whose bleeding symptoms disappeared was used to evaluate the long-term efficacy of this treatment.It was found that 1 out of 15 people in the treatment group who stopped bleeding recurred and relapsed.The rate was 6.67%.2 out of the 6 people in the control group who stopped bleeding and relapsed,the recurrence rate was 33.33%.After Chi-square test,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),suggesting that The treatment of ziyinqingre method in the later stage can fundamentally improve the physical condition of patients,and the long-term effect is better.Conclusion:In the later stage,the method of ziyinqingre to treat intermenstrual bleeding with kidney yin deficiency has a definite curative effect.It can not only significantly shorten the bleeding volume and bleeding time,but also significantly improve the clinical accompanying symptoms,and can regulate the level of endocrine to a certain extent,which is beneficial to the ovaries.The reserve function has a certain regulatory effect,and its recurrence is low,the long-term curative effect is better,and there are no obvious side effects.The clinical treatment of intermenstrual bleeding should pay attention to the physiological characteristics of yin and length in the later period.The focus is not on stopping bleeding but on ensuring the smooth transformation of yin and yang.
