The Retrospective Research On The Rheumatoid Arthritis Cases Treating By Professor Zhou Zhongying Based On Data Mining

Objective:To summarize Professor Zhou Zhongying’s academic idea and clinical experience in diagnosing and treating Rheumatoid arthritis, in order to further improve the clinical efficacy of Rheumatoid arthritis on the basis of his clinic practice for dozens of years and modern data mining technology.Methods:all Rheumatoid arthritis cases from Professor Zhou Zhongying clinic in recent twenty years were collected. According to include and exclude criteria,153cases were picked up and established a Rheumatoid arthritis database. In order to find out the rules of syndrome, pathogenesis, symptom and medication, data mining technology like frequencies, factor analysis and association analysis were used. The analysis results were discussed and summarized combined with Professor Zhou’s clinical experience.Results:All153cases of Rheumatoid arthritis,33are male and120are female, the average age is46.2years old. According to frequency analysis results, Symptoms frequency appear higher with joint pain, joint stiffness, dry mouth, sweating, adverse events, and swelling of joints. In which of respectively45.87%,28.53%,28%,24.80%,19.47%,18.40%. Pathogenesis involves mainly include:Blockage of wind-damp, liver and kidney deficiency, blockage of phlegm and blood stasis, main and collateral channels heat storage, in the diagnosis of respectively58.67%,52.80%,43.20%,21.60%. A wide range of drugs used in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, the highest frequency of the first ten medicine is Qingfengteng, Guizhi, Shengdi, Qinjiao, Zhinanxing, Shenghuangqi, Zhiquanxie, Guijianyu, Zhijiangcan, Chishao, Hanfangji, In which of respectively73.07%,53.87%,51.73%,48.53%,47.20%,46.13%,49.07%,45.07%,41.33%,40.53%,40.27%。Conclusions:According to this study, Wind, cold, wet, heat, phlegm, blood stasis is the main pathological factors, which often combining、transformed other pathological factors in the body. Clinical pathogenesis to Blockage of wind-damp, liver and kidney deficiency, blockage of phlegm and blood stasis, main and collateral channels heat storage such as the main factor。The common-used drugs include Strengthening Body Resistance and Restoring Qi, clearing heat, expelling wind and removing damness, eliminating stasis to activate blood, regulating qi-flowing for eliminating phlegm, relieving exterior syndrome and eliminating damp, dispelling wind and removing obstruction in the meridians。The drug characteristics in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis are:According to the position of disease drug; Distinguish disease and syndrome to treat; Be good at liane, Insect Drugs。...
