Objective:To explore the relationship of urinary albumin levels and risk factors of type2diabetes, provide the basis for early intervention of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:The study selected195type2diabetes of Qi-Yin deficiency with pathogenic damp syndrome patients met the inclusion criteria hospitalized in the Jiangsu Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January2010to March2011to do a retrospective analysis.Records duration of diabetes, systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), fasting venous the blood glucose (FBG), glycosylated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-c), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-c), creatinine (Cr), and2-hour postprandial blood sugar (PBG).According to the ACR level, the study subjects were divided into three groups:normal urinary albumin group, microalbuminuria group and macroalbuminuria group. Normal urinary albumin group of49cases,22male cases and27female cases. Microalbuminuria group of61cases, male34female27cases. Macroalbuminuria group of85cases, the male41cases, female44cases.Results:Three groups is significant difference (P <0.05) in the duration of diabetes, SBP, FBG, HbA1c, TC, ACR, Cr, and by Normal urinary albumin group to macroalbuminuria group are gradually increasing trend. There is no significant difference (P>0.05) among the three groups in DBP, PBG, TG, hdl-c, LDL-c aspects. The difference in the duration of diabetes, FBG, HbAlc is statistically significant (P <0.05) between microalbuminuria and normal urinary albumin group, which course of a significant difference (P <0.01). There is a significant difference between normal urinary albumin group and macroalbuminuria group (P<0.01) in the duration of diabetes, SBP, FBG, HbA1c, TC, Cr. And the difference in SBP, Cr is statistically significant (P <0.01) between macroalbuminuria and microalbuminuria group. The duration of diabetes, SBP, FBG, HbAlc, TC, LDL-c and Cr arc positively correlated with ACR. In Logistic regression analysis, duration of diabetes, FBG, HbA1c, SBP is an independent risk factor of diabetic nephropathy.Conclusion:Duration of diabetes, SBP, FBG and HbA1c can be used as an independent risk factor for the level of urinary albumin of type2diabetes of Qi-Yin deficiency with pathogenic damp syndrome. The ACR is a sensitive indicator for monitoring DN development, periodic testing the ACR help early detection of the DN.
