[Objective] This study aims to establish a scientific and practical holidayoutpatient service resource allocation scheme and staff performance salarydistribution system, explore outpatient service resource comprehensive evaluationand performance salary payment method, and provide effective basis and methodof outpatient service resource allocation and performance salary allocation for thehospital managers.[Methods] Through the literature review method, this paper first analyzes thecurrent situation of outpatient resource allocation and the performance of staff inChina and abroad. Then through expert consultation method, social investigationmethod, data collection methods, the study screens for representative keyindicator with good sensitivity and the weight distribution of diverse positionsfrom various outpatient configuration projects and complex staff work. Finallyaccording to the holiday out-patient resource allocation scheme and staffperformance salary system, the outpatient service work is taken into practice.[Results] The paper establishes the scheme for holiday out-patient medicalresource allocation and performance pay distribution. According to differentholiday outpatient clinic positions, the study screens for evaluation index whichhas comprehensive coverage of holiday outpatient service from the outpatientservice quantity, complication degree of department disease and patientsatisfaction. The study also compares the waiting time of patient, the treatmenttime and average performance salary of each department before and after theimplementation of the scheme, and finally analyzes the causes and effects.[Discussion] Outpatient service resource allocation scheme and staff performancesalary distribution system can contribute to the hospital outpatient servicemanagement. They provide the basis for outpatient service, scientific allocation of resources, reasonable allocation of staff performance payment, futuredevelopment planning of hospital outpatient service and staff, as well as a basis toimprove the self adjustment. The scheme and system can be adapted to all levelsof hospital and outpatient doctors, and enjoy a certain level of-promotionprospect.
