Clinical Observation Of Zhizao Keli In The Therapy Of The Girls Idiopathic Central Precocious Puberty With Liver Depression Sputum Junction

Objective:Through clinical observations of35cases of the girls idiopathic central precocious puberty with liver depression sputum junction, the clinical efficacy of Zhizao Keli was observed and compared with the control group.Methods:60patients met the criteria the ICPP children, were randomly divided into treatment group (35cases), the control group (n=25). Two groups of children under the same conditions without western medicine and with diet control. The control group were given Jiawei Xiaoyao Keli (the Baoxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. country Yaozhun Z10960067), drugs: Cortex Moutan, Gardenia jasminoides, Bupleurum, White Shao, Angelica, Atractylodes, Poria, mint, licorice.1bag2g.2-4-year-old a bag every time,4-10-year-old two bags every time, two times a day. The treatment group were Zhizao Keli (bupleurum, gardenia, white peony root, Trichosanthes, Prunella, Fritillaria, turmeric, calcined oyster, Litchi and other drug aqueous extract droplets by the Jiangsu Jiangyin Tianjiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.)1bag per dose,1quarter-dose every time for2-4year-old,1semi-dose every time for4-10-year-old,2times daily, treatment for6months. Before and after treatment the efficacy is evaluated by indicators of TCM symptoms and uterine volume, ovarian volume, height and weight, serum LH, FSH and E2levels.Results:The clinical observations, treatment and control groups in the pre-treatment age, duration of disease, uterine volume, ovarian volume, height and weight, serum LH, FSH and E2levels is quite, no significant differences (P>0.05), the two groups has comparability; In the present study, the Zhizao Keli in the treatment of girls in liver stagnation and phlegm junction with idiopathic central precocious puberty in clinical symptoms shows the total effective rate94.29%while the control group shows the total effective rate72.00%, there are significant differences between the two groups in the total effective rate (P<0.05):Before and after treatment, the treatment group shows significant difference (P<0.05) in the indicators of uterine volume and ovarian volume, while as for the control group the difference was insignificant (P>0.05). In both groups after treatment, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Before and after treatment, the treatment group shows significant difference (P<0.05) in the indicators of serum sex hormone levels, while as for the control group the difference was insignificant (P>0.05). In both groups after treatment, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Two groups after treatment, BMI difference was insignificant (P>0.05).Conclusion:The Zhizao Keli can effectively improve the girls idiopathic central precocious puberty with liver depression sputum junction in TCM clinical signs. The Zhizao Keli can effectively reduce the uterine volume and ovarian volume of the girls idiopathic central precocious puberty with liver depression sputum junction. The Zhizao Keli can effectively reduce the serum sex hormone levels of the girls idiopathic central precocious puberty with liver depression sputum junction. The Zhizao Keli shows more efficacy than Xiaoyao San in treatment of idiopathic central precocious puberty with liver depression sputum junction.
