The Experimental Study On The Effect Of IL-2ã€IFN-γã€TGF-β Of Aging Model Mice By Four Tonic Prescriptions | | Posted on:2013-08-11 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Y P Sun | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2234330374483954 | Subject:Traditional Medical Formulae | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Objective:Through the observation on the effect of immunologic function of aging body of tonic prescriptions, from the view of experiment, explore the differences and emphasis of tonic prescriptions as tonifying qi, tonifying blood, tonifying yin, tonifying yang to the effect of anti-aging and immunoloregulation, and go a further step to proclaim the modern immunology mechanism of aging caused by weakness as deficiency of Qi,Blood,Yin,Yang.Methods:Based on the Chinese replenishing method improve the immunity and aging delaying of the theoretical basis, take the four classical medicine as Sijunzi Decoction (tonifying qi), Siwu Decoction(tonifying blood), Liuweidihuang Decoction (tonifying yin), Jinguishenqi Decoction (tonifying yang), use aging model mice induced by D-gal as experimental objects, observe the effect of four tonic prescriptions to the general state, index of spleen and standard of IL-2,IFN-y,TGF-β of the aging model mice induced by D-gal, and explore its occurrence mechanism.Results:(1) The growth rate of weight and index of spleen of the model contral group decrease significantly compared with the blank control group (P<0.01). Each administration group increase the growth rate of weight and index of spleen of the aging model mice (P<0.01). Sijunzi Decoction group expresses the best efftection in general in the interblock comparison of male mice, while Siwu Decoction group expresses the best effection ingeneral in the interblock comparison of female mice.(2) Compared with the blank control group, the mordel control group can reduce the level of IL-2significantly (P<0.01). Each administration group can increase the level of IL-2of the aging model mice(P<0.01). Sijunzi Decoction group expresses the best efftection in general in the interblock comparison of male mice, while Siwu Decoction group expresses the best effection ingeneral in the interblock comparison of female mice.(3) The level of IFN-y of the mordel control group reduce significantly compared with the blank group (P<0.01). Each administration group can increase the level of IFN-γ of the aging model mice(P<0.01),and there is no statistical significance among four administration groups.(4) The mordel control group can increase the level of TGF-(3significantly compared with the blank group (P<0.01). Each administration group can restrain the level of TGF-β of the aging model mice(P<0.01),especially Jinguishenqi Decoction group.Conclusions:Though the comparative study of the effect on immune regulation of the aging model mice induced by D-gal of the four tonic prescriptions, this study discover that the effect on immune regulation and anti-aging of the aging model mice has differences in some respects. Sijunzi Decoction group expresses the best efftection on the growth rate of weight and the level of IL-2in the interblock comparison of male mice, while Siwu Decoction group expresses the best effection ingeneral in the interblock comparison of female mice. Jinguishenqi Decoction group expresses the best efftection of restraining the level of TGF-β. Testing the syndrome by the prescription, we can infer that the decrease of the level of IL-2may be a emblematical objective index of low immunity of both male’s syndrome of qi deficiency and female’ syndrome of blood deficiency. The decrease of the level of IFN-y may be a general objective index of low immunity of the asthenia syndrome.
