| Objective:Measurement of natural in elderly male rat blood, Luteinizing hormone(LH),Oestradiol(E2),Testosterone(T),and CapsuleInterleukin-2(IL-2) change of the four categories of tonics prescription in the delaying aging and regulation of the HPG axis.Methods:The experimental object is natural aging male rats which are divided into adult group, aged control group, SiJunzi group, Siwutang group, Dihuang group, Shenqi group, positive control group (vitamin E). Through the observation of the body weight and the general state of rats in rats.The first 56 days in the experient all rats were sacrificed, femoral artery blood, separation of plasma, serum, measured by radioimmunoassay using rat serum T, LH, E2 and IL-2 level.Results:Comparedwith the control group of yang age, the control group of old age can decrease the thymus and spleen weights, reduse blood T, IL-2, LH level, and E2 increased the content. Comparedwith the control group of old age, each administrated group can increase the thymus and spleen weights of elderly male rats.each administrated group is able to increase blood IL-2,LH, T evel,and reduce blood E2 secretion.the subject shows that Sijunzi Decoction being the best group in overall regulation.Conclusion:four categories of tonics prescription on natural elderly male rats can delay aging.Its Mechanism may be corrected through the HGP decrease, regulation the immune system to achieve. So the subject provides amount of experimental and theoretical basis for delaying aging from the perspective of NEI. |
