The Role Of Metabonomics Sijunzi Decoction,Siwu Decoction, Bazhen Decoction Intervention Based On 14 Month Female Mice

Objective:aging mice plasma metabolic profile and metabolic markers, and from the metabolism level, of Qi, blood, tonifying qi blood prescriptions on behalf of the intervention effect, further explore Chinese party card, scientific connotation.Methods:the natural aging mice model, using ultra high performance liquid phase chromatography time of flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-TOF/MS) metabolism of group of science and technology to study the changes of plasma in mice were based on the principal component analysis (PCA) analysis and positive effects of partial least-squares discriminant analysis (opls-da) analysis related to biological markers, and to find the Sijunzi Decoction and Siwu Decoction and Bazhen Decoction on biomarkers of effect of natural aging mechanism were discussed.Results:1) the positive and negative ions,14 month old blank control group and young control group in March, in the Scores of the OPLS-DA chart, the difference was obvious.2) is ionic conditions, by scores of PLS-DA analysis that 14 months of age in the blank control group and three month old youth control group discrete degree is very strong, the two groups of samples can be distinguished, three administration groups and 14m group can distinguish between good and prove three prescriptions is ionic conditions, the 14 month old female mice have some regulatory role in; database comparison found a metabolic markers:D erythrose 4 phosphate, third party on the matter have callback trend, but no statistical significance (P> 0.05).3) negative ion conditions, by scores of PLS-DA analysis that 14 months of age in the blank control group and three month old youth control group discrete degree is very strong, the two groups of samples can be distinguished. Three administration groups and 14m group can distinguish between good and prove three prescriptions under the condition of negative ion, the 14 month old female mice were some regulatory role; database alignment, six types of metabolic markers:arachidonic acid, taurine, glyoxylic acid, pregnant enolate copper, citric acid, goose desoxy cholic acid. Four Sijunzi Decoction and Siwu Decoction, Bazhen Decoction on 14 month old female mice in vivo glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism, amino acid metabolism abnormalities can produce different degrees of improvement.3. Third party to glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism, amino acid metabolism intervention are different according to the third party on the metabolic signs the callback results hypothesized that Sijunzi Decoction on glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism, amino acid metabolism and the effect of intervention better, Bazhen Decoction on lipid metabolism regulation effect is better than the other two groups.
