The Clinical Observation Of Kidney-Nourishing And Phlegm-Resolving Method To Kidney-Deficient And Phlegm-Damp Anovulatory Infertility

Summary:Aim:Observe the clinical effects of Kidney-Nourishing And Phlegm-Resolving Method to treat the anovulatory infertility, and discuss its functional mechanism, in order to supply the scientific evidence for its clinical application. Method:Selected64anovulatory infertility patients and divided them in to2groups randomly:The first group32patients, using Chinese medicine therapy; The second group,32patients, using Clomiphene citrate therapy. Compare2therapies through the observation and comparison on change of basal body temperature, Follicular developing situation, endometrial thickness,pregnancy rate after treatment, embryo loss rate,LUFS, menses as well as symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine science between2groups. On the basis of comparison above to analyzing the functional mechanism of the Kidney-Nourishing and Phlegm-Resolving Method.Result:The total efficiency of curing kidney-deficient and phlegm-damp anovulatory infertility is74.2%, ovulation rate is57.5%, pregnancy rate is54.8%. There are significant differences of endometrial thickness and follicular development after the treatment (P<0.01). This method can also adjust Serum hormone levels and BBT situation, to improve patients’menses and clinical symptoms.Conclusion:Through the clinical observation and research, the Kidney-Nourishing And Phlegm-Resolving Method can promote the development and adjustment of follicular, it has regulatory effects on Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Ovarian axis(HPOA), can obviously improve the menses situation and Chinese medicine science symptoms. Compare with Clomiphene citrate therapy, its advantages are:high ovulation and pregnancy rate, low embryo loss rate, and less adverse drug reaction.
