Clinical Study On QiLiQiangXin Decoction’s Influence To The Heart Failure With Normal Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction (QiXuXueYuType)

Objective: To observe the curative effect of QiLiQiangXin Decoction to the HFNEFof QiXuXueYuType,and to explore its mechanism.Methods:In the clinical study,Randomized principles,sixty patients conforming to Standard were divided into tentativegroup (30cases) and control group (30cases).The control group was treated only byconventional western medicine,while the tentative group was treated by QiLiQiangXinDecoction added to the conventional western medicine.Three weeks was a course oftreatment.The changes of main clinical syndrome, heart function,heart rate、BNP and thechange of the echocardiographic’indices were observed before and after treatment.Results:Patients symptoms improve the total effective rate was93.3%, significant efficiency is46.7%, compared with the control have significant differences (P<0.01);Patients improvecardiac function the total effective rate of93.3%, significant efficiency is36.7%, comparedwith the control have significant differences, E、A、E/A、IVRTwere improve larger than thecontrol（P<0.05）; BNP improve group compared with a group of significant statisticaldifferences. Conclusion: QiLiQiangXin Decoction is an effective medicament of treatingheart failure with normal left ventricular ejection fraction of QiXuXueYu Type,ThisDecoction not only regulate the function of heart,but also improve other symptoms andquality of life.It is worthy of wider application.
