Application DHS Spiral Blade Treatment Garden Ⅱ、 Ⅲ Type Young And Middle-aged Femoral Neck Fracture Surgery Clinical Observation

Objective: Discusses the application in the treatment of DHS spiral young andmiddle-aged femoral neck fracture Garden Ⅱ, Ⅲ type the clinical curative effect of thisdisease to provide effective treatment.Methods:Our analysis in October2009to November2011the DHS spiral withchoose hollow compression screw representative of two different methods of treatment of40patients with young and middle-aged femoral neck fracture the patient’s clinical dataand X-ray films, including DHS spiral blade (treatment group)20cases, hollowcompression screw (compared with group)20cases, and review were followed up for6months to2years, on average,13months. From the operation time, postoperativeradiographic evaluation, complications, Harris rating of two different operative methodsfor comparative evaluation, and statistical analysis.Results:Clinical research confirmed that the total effective rate in treatment groupthan in control group: statistical analysis has significant difference (P <0.05). Thetreatment group in operation time is shorter than in the control group, statistics analysis hassignificant difference (P <0.05), in the complication rate of treatment group and controlgroup, there was a significant difference (P <0.05); Postoperative Harris scoring both havesignificant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion:DHS spiral blade can strong bones and anchor partnership femoral neck,enhance the stability of rotation, avoid effectively cut out phenomenon with operation timeshort, incidence rate of postoperative complications were low, inside the fixed strongadvantages.
