Objective: By measuring the clinical research of the therapeutic effect of prickingblood comprehensive therapy in treating lumbar disc herniation，for clinical operationproviding some reference.Methods: Use pricking blood therapy at the same time, with using acupuncturetreatment, manual treatment, infrared and computerized intermediate-frequency treatment.Pricking blood therapy mainly use three-edged needle to do a thorn bloodletting at the partof A-shi points and so on, and in the pricking blood part to do cupping treatment;cupuncture treatment mainly take the WeiZhong, ChengShan, HuanTiao, such as thefoot-taiyang bladder meridian by acupuncture points, or so cross matching acupuncturepoint, and do electro acupuncture therapy; manual treatment mainly take the pullingmanipulation, pressing manipulation, rolling manipulation to treat the damaged waist;infrared and computerized intermediate-frequency treatment is in the damaged waist to doilluminating and electrical stimulation therapy. According to the comprehensive therapyabove alternating, two weeks for a period of treatment, after three treatments to dofunctional exercise, after three months to do the clinical efficacy evaluation.Statistics in January2009-June2011in Jinan Military Region of72537troops clinicand accept pricking blood comprehensive therapy of patients. Choose one32cases ofpatients, afer treatment, the positive functional exercise, and regular follow-up, andcollection of patients before and after treatment the VAS pain score, waist pain curativescore and related data, using the relevant software, were retrospectively analyzed, andobserve the pricking blood comprehensive therapy for lumbar disc herniation therapeuticeffect.Results: For each patient after treatment pays a return visit, return time for three months, found32cases VAS pain score, waist pain curative score in different degree,improve and ease by VAS pain score in remission rates between80%~90%;waist paincurative score in improvement rates between80%~95%. The before and after treatmentVAS pain score and waist pain curative score, a statistically significant difference.Conclusion: Pricking blood comprehensive therapy combined with acupuncturetreatment, manual treatment, infrared and computerized intermediate-frequency treatment,can make subcutaneous passive congestion quickly emissions, increase local capillarypermeability, improve local organization microcirculation, promot blood circulation,remove blood stasis, decrease swelling to relieving pain, dispel heat and remove toxicsubstances, accelerate the elimination of inflammation, sdema and congestion, and relaxlocal muscles and ligaments, correct lumbar small joint malposition, make the waistanatomical and physiological relations to a new equilibrium, thus to achieve the purpose oftreatment of lumbar disc herniation.The therapeutic effect of pricking blood comprehensivetherapy for lumbar disc herniation is sure, pricking blood comprehensive therapy is to treatlumbar disc herniation of the effective methods.
