| ObjectiveLumbar disc herniation(LDH)has gradually become an occupational disease for young people in today' s society,which seriously affects their daily study,work and life,surgical treatment is not accepted by most people,so it is necessary to explore a more suitable conservative treatment for today's fast-paced society.In this study,the clinical efficacy of round sharp needle combined with blood pricking in the treatment of LDH was discussed,and the difference in efficacy between round sharp needle combined with blood pricking in the treatment of LDH and ordinary acupuncture combined with blood pricking in the treatment of LDH was compared,so as to provide a clinical operation standard basis for round sharp needle combined with blood pricking and provide a more effective method for clinical treatment of LDH.MethodIn this study,a total of 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into 30 patients in each group,namely the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with round sharp needle combined with blood pricking twice a week,and the treatment was conducted on the first day and the fourth day,with one course of treatment lasting for 1 week and two consecutive courses of treatment.The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture combined with blood pricking,and the frequency was once every other day.1 course of treatment lasts for 1 week,and 2 consecutive courses of treatment.The differences in JOA score and VAS score between the two groups before,after and after treatment were statistically analyzed to compare the efficacy of the treatment group and the control group.Results1.After the first course of treatment,the improvement of lumbar spine function(JOA score)and the improvement of pain degree(VAS score)in the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the round sharp needle combined with blood-pricking therapy group and the ordinary acupuncture combined with blood-pricking therapy group were effective in the treatment of LDH.There was also significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the combination of round sharp needle and blood-pricking therapy was superior to the control group.The comparison of the difference values of the early treatment results(i.e.,after the first course of JOA score)showed that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group on lumbar spine function was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).This indicates that the treatment effect of round sharp needle combined with blood pricking is not only better than that of the ordinary acupuncture combined with blood pricking group,but also the effective time is fast.2.Two groups after treatment of whole course,lumbar function improved(JOA score)and the degree of pain(VAS score)results showed that the round sharp needle combined with blood pricking group and ordinary acupuncture combined with blood pricking group for the treatment of lumbar disc prolapse have curative effect,but the round sharp needle combined with blood pricking group is superior to the ordinary acupuncture combined with blood pricking group,with significant difference(P<0.05).3.Overall efficacy evaluation:among the 30 cases in the treatment group,5 cases were cured,22 cases showed significant effect,1 case was effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.33%.Among the 30 cases in the control group,0 cases were cured,15 cases showed significant effect,11 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 86.67%.After rank-sum test Z=-3.545,P=0.000<0.05,the results of the two groups were significantly different.The results showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the treatment group therapy had obvious advantages in improving lumbar function in the early stage.ConclusionThe round sharp needle combined with blood pricking and ordinary acupuncture combined with blood pricking in the two groups before and after treatment of VAS score and JOA score,according to the results of two kinds of therapy can improve lumbar function and pain relief to a certain extent,through the analysis of two groups after treatment for a period of treatment of JOA score difference of the differences,The round sharp needle combined with blood pricking group working time is fast,in terms of the improvement of the lumbar spine function is better than that of ordinary acupuncture combined with blood pricking group.The treatment group only received treatment twice a week due to the large amount of acupuncture stimulation.Compared with the control group,the time cost required by the patients was less,and the curative effect was significant,meeting the needs of today's society.Therefore,this study shows that round sharp needle combined with blood pricking therapy can be used as an effective clinical treatment method,which is worthy of further promotion and application in the treatment of LDH. |
