The Clinical Observation Of The Treatment On Knee Osteoarthritis By Xian Ling Gu Bao And SH

Purpose:To evaluate and evaluation the clinical effect of the treatment on early metaphase knee Osteoarthritis by taking capsule of Xianlinggubao and artieular inject ing of SH(SHI PEI TE). Discuss about the overall efficacy of sodium hyaluronate by the correlation of Xianlinggubao capsule Chinese medicine pharmacological mechanism and combined with western medicine treatment.Method:We collected42cases of knee osteoarthritis from Hubei Taihe Hospital’s Orthopaedics Treatment of hospital ized patients, and they were randomly divided into2groups. And they were named the TheraPy grouP and the Control grouP, and each group had21cases of knee osteoarthritis. Before the treatment, all the Patients’ diagnosis of X-ray performance were classified by the Kellgren-Lawrence diagnostic standard (This test don’t observe stage IV patients). The diagnosis standard was according to the 《Diagnosis and treatment Guide of KOA》 and 《Clinical Research Principle of the Traditional Chinese Medicine》. So the results is very reasonable and reliable. The TG took Xianlinggubao and artieular injecting of SH. The CG only injected SH into the artieular, each of the group’s Course of treatment was5weeks. According to the Assessment of curative effect’s standard of KOA in 《Clinical Research Principle of the Traditional Chinese Medicine》and the Lysholm’s Score standard about the knee’s function before and after the Course of treatment. And we also did the Comparison Between Within groups and Between groups. Then we collected the data and used SPSS13.0software to analysis those data.Results:According to the Assessment of curative effect’standard of KOA in 《Clinical Research Principle of the Traditional Chinese Medicine)), the TG:the control clinical cure3cases, powerfully10cases, effective7cases, invalid1case. From this result, we can see that the effective rate is95.23%. Now let’s see the CG: the control clinical cure1case, powerfully8cases, effective9cases, invalid3cases. This result showed the effective rate is85.71%. Applied the Statistical processing that P<0.05, there is a remarkable difference between the two. According to the Lysholm’ s Score standard about the knee’s function, before treatment, the Average General integral of TG is51.69±5.45, after treatment, the Average General integral of TG is78.86±3.48. Before treatment, the Average General integral of CG is51.48±5.33, after treatment, the Average General integral of CG is70.38±3.78. Compared within groups and between groups, we can find that P<0.05, and there is a remarkable difference. So we can see that TG Combined therapy is better than CG.Conclusion:After one Course of treatment, compared within groups and between groups, we get that P<0.05. There is a remarkable difference. We can prove that each group has Clinical efficacy and TG is better than CG. Taking Xianlinggubao and artieular injecting of SH can Relieve the pain and Improvement of clinical symptoms is better than only artieular injecting of SH (SHI PEI TE).
