Clinical Research On The Effects Of Acupuncture Plus Kidney-reinforcing And Menstrual Cycle-regulating Therapy For Ovulation Aplastic Infertility

ObjectivesOn the base of numerous clinical studies, this topic use the method of acupuncture promote ovulation plus kidney-reinforcing and menstrual cycle-regulating therapy for ovulation aplastic infertility. To discuss the possible mechanism of this treatment by the way of contrasting comprehensive effects, measuring the level of basal body temperature, follicle diameter ovulation rate, and observing clinical symptoms before and after treatment. Meanwhile, to provide a reliable guiding principles and application of the treatment of ovulation aplastic infertility. Methods80cases of patients with ovulation aplastic infertility were form the affiliated hospital of Shanxi college of traditional Chinese medicine infertility clinic. According to the treatment sequence, the patients were divided into two groups randomly:group with acupuncture plus kidney-reinforcing and menstrual cycle-regulating herbs (treatment group), and group with western medicine20cases in each groups,for six periods (a month for a period). To measure the four indicators of basal body temperature level, follicle diameter, ovulation rate and clinical symptoms, in this way, to observe the general effect changes before and after treatment between the two groups. In addition,do a statistical Analysis finally.Results1. Comparison of comprehensive therapeutic effects:In treatment group,8cases were cured,30cases were improved and2cases were inefficacy, with a total effective rate95.0%; In control group,4cases were cured,30cases were improved and6cases were ineff icacy, With a total effective rate85.0%. The efficacy of the treatment group was best in the two groups (P<0.05).2. the level change of basal body temperature:the level change of basal body temperature was markedly in treatment group compared with control group after treatment (P<0.05).3. the change of follicle diameter:the follicle diameter was increased significantly after treatment both in two groups (P<0.05). But after treatment the two groups have no largely differences (P>0.05).4. the change of ovulation rate:the ovulation rate was rise with significance after treatment both in two groups(P<0.05). And the change was markedly in treatment group compared with control group (P<0.05).5. Comparison of clinical symptoms scores:the clinical symptoms were improved more obviously after treatment in treatment group than control group (P<0.01).ConclusionsThe two methods have good therapeutic effect. Both of them can Improve the level of basal body temperature, promote follicle growth and increase ovulation rate.While the treatment group that with acupuncture plus kidney-reinforcing and menstrual cycle- regulating herbs displays better therapeutic effects.It not only can promote ovulation effect, such as improve the level and raise duplex rate of basal body temperature; increase follicle growth and promote ovulation rate, but also can improve menstrual condition effectively and regulate menstrual periods. In addition, this method gives prominence to the single westernal medicine, and with low side effects, especially in the overall adjustment has unique advantages, therefore which is deserved widespread application.
