| Objective: to study the treatment of soft muscle tonifying spleen pill outerepicondylitis humerus the curative effect. Methods: using randomized method withhumerus admitted to hospital outside epicondylitis diagnosis standard60patients,divided into soft muscle tonifying spleen bolus group and southern shandong beit groups,namely oral soft muscle tonifying spleen pill shandong and beit slice processing, usingelectric chart table of integral semg determination TengTongXue integral numerical, fleshreport, elbows mobility as index observation two groups before and after the treatmenteffect. One therapeutic group of integral muscle TengTongXue integral value, beforeelectric control apparently, and with the change of2groups of patients were followed up.Results: two groups of patients after ten days treatment, and the experimental treatmentefficient96.7％determination integral muscle power than the control group numericalimprove significantly (Ｐ <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant,TengTongXue integral improvement, elbow mobility is the control group,（Ｐ<0.05）significantly difference was statistically significant, two groups of patients were followedup for6months after treatment, a follow-up rate90％, soft muscle tonifying spleen bolusgroup elbow pain, restricted movement of southern shandong recurrence rate10％,symptoms of beit recurrence rate and restricted movement elbow pain15％，Conclusion:soft muscle tonifying spleen pill treatment group than epicondylitis humerus outsideshandong beit group curative effect is distinct, reliable and can be used as a safe andeffective treatment method for the treatment of humerus application, outsideepicondylitis provide a safe and effective treatment. |
