Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Epicondylitis Of The Humerus With Plum Blossom Needle,Percussion,Bloodletting And Upper Extremity Washing

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the upper extremity washing injury prescription combined with plum blossom needle tapping in the treatment of lateral humeral epicondylitis,and to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of the upper extremity washing injury prescription combined with plum blossom needle percussion in the treatment of lateral humeral epicondylitis.Treatment offers new ideas.Methods:In this study,a randomized controlled research method was used.60 patients who met the inclusion criteria of this subject from the Department of Orthopedics,Xiamen City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into experimental groups(upper limb washing injury + 30 patients in the plum blossom acupuncture group)and 30 patients in the control group(hot boiled water fumigation group + plum blossom acupuncture group),observe and compare the changes in pain symptoms of the test group and the control group before and after treatment.After 1week of treatment,visual simulated pain score,Roles-Maudsley tennis elbow efficacy evaluation,Mayo elbow function score and adverse events.After treatment,the patients were evaluated for efficacy,and SPSS 25.0 was used for statistical analysis of the two groups of data.Result:1.Baseline comparison between the two groups: statistical analysis of the two groups of patients in terms of gender,affected limbs,age,course of disease,etc.,the difference was not statistically significant(p> 0.05),indicating comparability.2.Visual simulated pain score results show that both treatment options can improve the visual simulated pain scores of the subjects.Analysis and comparison of test data show that the improvement in the visual simulated pain scores of the test group is better than the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(p <0.05).3.The results of the Roles-Maudsley Tennis Elbow Efficacy Evaluation System showed that both treatments could improve the subject ’s Roles-Maudsley Tennis Elbow efficacy.Analysis and comparison test data showed that the experimental group ’s Roles-Maudsley Tennis Elbow Efficacy Evaluation System was better than the improvement.The control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.The Mayo elbow function score results showed that both treatment regimens could improve the Mayo elbow function score of the subjects.Analysis and comparison of test data showed that the Mayo elbow function score of the test group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Significance(P <0.05).5.Comparison of clinical efficacy: There is a statistically significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups of patients after 1 week of treatment(p <0.05).Conclusion: The experimental group(Plum Blossom Needle Percussion Bloodletting and Upper Body Wash)and the control group(Plum blossom needle tapping bloodletting with hot water fumigation)both treatment methods can effectively relieve the pain symptoms of patients with lateral humeral epicondylitis Visual simulation pain score,Roles-Maudsley tennis elbow efficacy evaluation system,Mayo elbow function score and other improvements have been found.The treatment method is easy to operate,and no adverse reactions occur during the observation of the subject.It can be used in the clinic in the future and can achieve satisfactory results.
