Objective:1.To understand the traditional medicine and modern medicine research progress of asthmatic bronchitis through the study of literature.2.To discuss and clinically verify the clinical significance of Chinese medical external treatment to treat the asthmatic bronchitis through the efficacy measurement of disease and symptom.,to form a simple and convenient,effective,economical,safe and easy to generalize precept to treat the asthmatic bronchitis.Methods:1.Literature Search:to summarize and study the latest research of asthmatic bronchitis from a lot of ancient and modern literature.2.Clinical research: Select hot asthmatic bronchitis in children with48cases of Asthma,following randomized, parallel to the principle of control, according to1: l.were randomly divided into24cases of treatment group and24cases of the control group.The control group used conventional treatment,while the Chinese medical external treatment added to the treatment group. The cough.sputum.asthma.lung auscultation,spirit.appetite etc. were observed before and after treatment.we calculated the integrals by quantifying the clinical of asthmatic bronchitis asthma hot.To discuss the Chinese medical external treatment for the important meaning of treating the asthmatic bronchitis, on the basis of calculating the index of curative effect as a basis for clinical observation.the formula is (the integrals of main symptoms before treatment subtracted the integrals of main symptoms after treatment)/the integrals of main symptoms before treatment.Results:Clinical efficacy of two groups were significant(P<0.05)by statistical analysis, the effects in the treatment group is better than the control group.There were no significantly different before treatment between the basic information,the patient’s condition.the integrals of main symptoms,the integrals of secondary symptoms, primary and secondary disease total score of these two groups. Through the statistical analysed.the treatment group has better effects in improvement of the symptoms contains cough.sputum and wheezing sounds than the control group, by statistical analysis with significant differences(P<0.05).but there are no difference between two groups in improvement of asthma, cyanosis and heart rates(P>0.05).after treatment.the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the secondary symptoms such as spirit,appetite.defecate and so on(P<0.05).and there are no difference between two groups in improvement of fever.complexion.vomit(P>0.05).Moreover.the treatment group in less times to remit the cough.sputum.asthma and wheezing sounds(P<0.01).
