The Clinical Research Of Jiaweixiaoqinglongtang Treatment Of Children With Asthmatic Bronchitis (Disase Of Cold Asthmatic Syndrome)

Objective:To observe from Jia Wei Xiao Qing Long Tang treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis disease of cold asthmatic syndrome.Method:All patients were inpatients of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Hei Long Jiang University of Chinese Medicine from Janurary 2015 to Janurary 2016.60 cases of asthmatic bronchitis disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.30 cases were in each group. The patients in control group were given symptomatic treatment of conventional anti-infection. The patients in treatment group were given the same as in control group and also Jia Wei Xiao Qing Long Tang treatment. Seven days were a treatment course for both groups. The treatment efficiency would be compared in seven days. The patients would be treated after seven days if they were not cured. Main and sencodary symptoms before and after treatment were evaluated by accumulating points. The inpatient periods were recorded. The follow-up would be in 5 months. X2 examination and paired T examination in SPSS20.0 statistics software were used to analyse the research result.Results:1. The cured rate is 83.33% in treatment group and 53.33% in control group. There was significant difference (p<0.05) by statistics analysing. The efficiency in treatment group is better than that in control group.2. The accumlate points of treating main and sencondary symptoms in treatment group are significant more than that in control group (p<0.05). The efficiancy of treating block nose, running nose, appetite and complexion in treatment group is significant better than that in control treatment (p<0.05). There is no significant difference between two groups in treating aversion to cold with fever (p>0.05)3. Inpatient period in treatment group is significant less than that in control groups (p<0.01)Conclusion:1.The efficiency of treating children with asthmatic bronchitis disease in treatment group with Jia Wei Xiao Qing Long Tang is significant better than that in control group.2. The accumlate points of treating main and sencondary symptoms in treatment groups are better than that of the conthol group.3.The inpatient period in treatment group is less than that in control group.
