| Purpose: To observe the treatment of spleen dampness Spleen Damp-heat type ofseborrheic alopecia clinical efficacy, and clinical research from both theoretical and hair losslotion in the treatment system to explore the mechanism of seborrheic alopecia.Method: The clinical selection of seborrheic alopecia met the inclusion criteria60patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group spleen dampness,experience side dehumidification germinal Tang (decoction-free) treatment, each one,100mlwarm water,2times a day.; Control group was given four wonderful pills (herb, Achyranthes,Cork (salt, fried), Coix), approval number: Zhunzi Z22024960Manufacturer: Ji Lin ZixinPharmaceutical Co., twice a day a pill, warm water.2months for a course of treatment, observation of two courses.Result: The clinical study showed that the total effective treatment group, control group,the total efficiency, total efficiency of the treatment group than the control group, the totalefficiency, the statistical analysis,(P <0.05), there are significant differences.
