Clinical Observation On Acupuncture Therapy Added Conventional Parmacotherapy In The Treatment Of Insufficiency Of Kidney Essence Type Of Deafness And Tinnitus

Objective:Comparing with Er Long Zuo Ci Wan to the insufficiency of kidney essence type of Deafness and Tinnitus, we observe the clinical efficiency of acupuncture added Er Long Zuo Ci Wan to the type of Deafness and Tinnitus. Objectively appraised the effect of acupuncture added the classical prescription to the type of Deafness and Tinnitus, and tried to get much more message about the advantage of acupuncture added the classical prescription in treating the type of Deafness and Tinnitus, and for the treatment of Chinese medicine research accumulated certain clinical data.Methods:60cases of insufficiency of kidney essence type of Deafness and Tinnitus were divided into two groups:treatment group includes30cases and control group includes30cases. Treatment group were treated with acupuncture therapy combined with Er Long Zuo Ci Wan and control group received only Er Long Zuo Ci Wan. These two groups will be tested with electro-audiometer before and after the treatments and carried out the comparison in the results of electro-audiogram.Results:After four courses of treatment, the deafness effective rate of the therapy group was79.17%while the control group was60.00%, the tinnitus effective rate of the therapy group was81.48%while the control group was60.00%, thus there are remarkable differences between two groups (p<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment results of the two groups of insufficiency of kidney essence type of Deafness and Tinnitus had evidence different. The method used Er Long Zuo Ci Wan in combination with acupuncture is superior to that without acupuncture. Acupuncture combined with Er Long Zuo Ci Wan is an effective method in the treatment of insufficiency of kidney essence type of Deafness and Tinnitus, can improve the function.
