| Objective: To compare the changes in indicators such as Xingnao Tongqiao acupuncture therapy and conventional acupuncture in the treatment of deafness and tinnitus,such as ear electrical audiometry,tinnitus degree TEQ,etc.,to analyze and evaluate the treatment results of Xingnao Tongqiao acupuncture and conventional acupuncture on deafness and tinnitus.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of acupuncture proves the clinical superiority of Xingnao Tongqiao acupuncture.Methods: The eligible patients with deafness and tinnitus were randomly divided into 2 groups.One group is the Xingnao Tongqiao acupunctureroup,choose main acupuncture points:Yintang,Shenting,Baihui;local acupoints are selected for the ear door,and Tinggong tootinghui(when acupuncture Tinggong acupoint,the needle point is downward and the skin is deep at an angle of 80° for 1.0 Inch),Yifeng(affected ear).The other group is the conventional acupuncture group.The main points are selected: ear door,Tinggong,Tinghui,Yifeng(affected ear).If the two groups of subjects have the same type of dialectics and TCM,the corresponding points will be selected.After 3 courses of continuous acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,recheck the electrical hearing,re-evaluate the TEQ scale of tinnitus,analyze the changes of observation indexes before and after treatment,and evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results: This study collected 69 cases,and 63 cases were actually completed(4cases fell off and 2 cases were intolerant of acupuncture pain).Finally,33 patients were included in the Xingnao Tongqiao acupuncture group,and another 30 patients were included in the conventional acupuncture group.Eventually 33 patients were included in the Xingnao Tongqiao acupuncture group,and another 30 patients were included in the conventional acupuncture group.(1)Before treatment,patients with clinical analysis of relevant information,and they are all comparable(P<0.05).(2)The hearing thresholds of patients in the same group were improved before and after treatment,and the improvement of hearing in the Xingnao Tongqiao acupuncture group was more obvious than that of the conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05).Analyzing the results of ear electrical audiometry before and after treatment in the two groups,according to the evaluation criteria of the hearing effect,it is concluded that the total effective rate of the Xingnao Tongqiao acupuncture group is 96.97% and the recovery rate is 69.70%;while the conventional acupuncture group has a total effective rate of 96.97% for the treatment of deafness.The effective rate was 86.67%and the recovery rate was 33.33%.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of acupuncture methods in the treatment of deafness was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total effective rate and recovery rate of the Xingnao Tongqiao acupuncture group in the treatment of deafness were significantly higher than that of the conventional acupuncture group,and the two groups After the test,the difference between the rate of recovery was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)In the same group,the TEQ scores of the tinnitus level of patients before and after acupuncture decreased,and the reduction of tinnitus in the Xingnao Tongqiao acupuncture group was higher than that of the conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05).The Xingnao Tongqiao acupuncture group has a total effective rate of 90.91% and a cure rate of54.50%;the conventional acupuncture group has a total effective rate of 90% and a cure rate of 16.7%.The two groups of acupuncture methods have statistically significant clinical effects in the treatment of tinnitus(P<0.05),and the total effective rate and recovery rate of the Xingnao Tongqiao acupuncture group in the treatment of tinnitus are higher than those of the conventional acupuncture group,and both The recovery rate of the group was tested(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.(4)Comparing the clinical efficacy of Xingnao Tongqiao acupuncture in the treatment of deafness and tinnitus in different syndromes,there was no significant statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Both Xingnao Tongqiao acupuncture and conventional acupuncture can effectively treat deafness and tinnitus,reduce hearing threshold and improve tinnitus.2.Xingnao Tongqiao acupuncture has more superiors than conventional acupuncture in the treatment of deafness and tinnitus.3.When the Xingnao Tongqiao acupuncture method is used to treat the three TCM syndromes of external attack of syndrome of external attack of wind pathogen,hyperactive liver and gallbladder syndrome,deficiency of kidney essence syndrome,there is no significant statistical significance.The sample size needs to be increased for further research. |
