| Objective: Statistical analysis the clinical symptoms, frequency and discipline of thephysical sign and the relation with TCM syndrome type, Explore chronic viral hepatitis BTCM syndrome distribution rule for the classification and standardization, provide areference for the research, diagnosis and treat of chronic hepatitis B.Method: Through the application of clinical information acquisition systemstructured collection clinical symptoms, clinical data and physical sign of404CHBpatients, and according to the existing diagnostic criteria, combining with themeasurements permit of prescription and efficiency measurement certificat to typing TCMfor the syndrome of patients.Using the data mining technology provided by the topics andcombining with statistical inference to extract and summarize of the clinical symptoms, clinical data and physical sign in order to explore the inherent regularities.Result:1. Occurrence of the syndrome58kinds, there are31kinds of frequency>5%Designate in accordance with the frequency of the top ten card: whole body fatigue,Yyellow urine, loss of appetite, flank pain, abdominal distension, Irritability, eatless, insomnia, loose stools thin, emotional depression. Tongue of the most commonis red, pink tongue;the most common fur is thin moss, yellow moss; the most commonpulse is wiry, deep pulse.2. TCM type is divided into six and accordance with the frequency of arrangedis:stagnation of Liver-Qi syndrome,Hepatochlic hygropyrexia syndrome,Liver-kidneyYin deficiency type, syndrome of static blood blocking collaterals, without a license canbe identified type, syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney. 3. Six groups overall age difference of TCM syndrome type was statisticallysignificant.4. Six groups overall course of disease of TCM syndrome type was statisticallysignificant.5. Six groups overall severity of disease of TCM syndrome type was statisticallysignificant.6. The overall incidence of CHB has a significant difference of the Genderconstitute;Liver-kidney Yin deficiency type has a significant difference of the Genderconstitute, and the other each syndrome type has no significant difference of the Genderconstitute7. Indition to syndrome of static blood blocking collaterals, the clinical symptomsandand the physical sign of the diagnostic criteria mentioned in the remaining four typesMore consistent with this study. The clinical symptomsand and the physicalsignsyndrome of static blood blocking collaterals has large differences with the diagnosticcriteriaConclusion:1. The incidence of law and the pathogenesis of CHB evolved with regularity2. The disease exists unlicensed discernible type, the youngest, the course ofdisease, but the shortest in the formal viral hepatitis TCM syndrome differentiationscheme has not yet mentioned, need further research and regulating their treatmentproblem.3. The incidence of men and women has larger differences, Male disease incidenceis obviously higher than that of women, excluding Liver-kidney Yin deficiency type.Gender composition of the remaining four types has no significant difference with the theoverall incidence. Liver-kidney Yin deficiency type among female patients with morethan male patient suggests that may be associated with women’s physique.4. Clinical symptoms and diagnostic criteria of sign syndrome of static bloodblocking collaterals have significant differences, which indicates that typing name ofsyndrome of static blood blocking collaterals cannot fully reflect pathogenesischaracteristics of this stage. |
