From Phlegmy Wet Treatment Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Disease Of Acute Exacerbation Of Clinical Research

Objective:Clinical observation Erchen together three sub-raising pro-Decoction onchronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) phlegm retention in the lung syndromepatients with acute exacerbation of clinical symptoms, signs, lung function, arterial bloodgas analysis and blood. Objective evaluation of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseasewith acute exacerbation of phlegm on the Treatment of safety and efficacy of Chinesemedicine treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation ofphlegm Yun-lung, clinical theoretical basis.Mathods:Clinical options to meet the inclusion criteria of60cases are randomlydivided into treatment group (30cases) and control group (30cases), the control groupreceive conventional Western treatment to oral treatment group in the conventionalWestern treatment on the basis of Erchen together three sub-raising Thepro-Decoction.Treatment for2weeks, follow up once a week to observe and record thepatient’s symptoms and signs, and treatment before and after the detection of arterial bloodgas analysis and pulmonary function.Results: The clinical study shows that: The total effective rate is93.30%,76.60%ofthe total effective rate of the control group, two groups, compare with a significantdifference (P <0.01), indicating that the total effect of the treatment group than the controlgroup.Conclusion: Erchen together three sub-raising pro-Decoction can significantly improvethe acute exacerbation of COPD of phlegm retention in the lung syndrome clinicalsymptoms and signs to improve arterial oxygen tension, improve airflow limitation andimprove pulmonary function have significant value.
