| Objectives: Analysis of7to12-year-old child simple obesity disease history, symptomsand signs, to explore traditional Chinese medicine symptom distribution, in order to guideclinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods: The epidemiological investigation methods, we selected487cases of obesechildren, issuance of obese children questionnaire,and use SPSS19.0software to qualified270questionnaire data for statistical analysis,according to syndrome differentiationstandard of syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine distribution.Results: The distribution of TCM syndromes of7to12-year-old children with simpleobesity as follows:the Gastric-Fever and Dampness-Stagnation syndrome (173cases,accounting for64.1%),the Spleen-Deficiency and Dampness-Stagnation syndrome(52cases, accounting for19.3%),Liver-qi stagnation syndrome(19cases, accounting for7%),the Spleen-Kidney Deficiency syndrome(26cases, accounting for9.6%).Conclusions: The most common syndromes of7to12-year-old children with simpleobesity are:the Gastric-Fever and Dampness-Stagnation syndrome,the Spleen-Deficiencyand Dampness-Stagnation syndrome,Liver-qi stagnation syndrome and the Spleen-KidneyDeficiency syndrome;The most common symptoms and signs as follows:obesity,eatingcold,sweat more,mouth odor,moving the shortness of breath,feverish palms and soles,drystool,Consumers Valley Bulimia;Syndrome types are influenced obviously by children’sfood preferences. |
