Purpose: Through collecting the CKD in patients with high blood pressure clinicaldata,discusses the kidney disease of high blood pressure in the secondary substantialcommon clinical and pathological factors distribution.Methods:According to the internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine clinicalresearch guiding principle, Combining with"the Chinese herbal medicine new medicineclinical research guiding principle "the chronic kidney disease and hypertension syndromesperformance, Develop"the chronic kidney disease symptoms of high blood pressuredirectory pool". Collect the clinical symptoms, signs of tongue and pulse condition of126cases of chronic kidney dieease of high blood pressure.,Keep the clinical symptoms,tongue and the pulse condition appearing in more than10frequency,as the basis of factoranalysis,then adopt the dimension reduction factor analysis and extraction the male factor,the two doctors of having clinical experience says to the factors of syndromedifferentiation,reach the conclusion of the pathological factors in the chronic kidneydisease hign blood pressure.Results: Through the frequency descriptive analysis,reach the CKD of hypertensionclinical symptoms of high for: dizzy (71.43%),languid(67.46%),edema(54.76%), darktongue (42,86%),thin moss(47.46%), white moss(55.56%),string veins(53.17%),slipperyveins (51.59%);Get15male factor according to the factor analysis,and extract: qideficiency, yin deficiency, blood deficiency, water wet, wet muddy, hot and humid,phlegm, blood stasis, kidney, lung, liver, spleen and pathological factors such as theopening. Conclusion:CKD high blood pressure common clinical symptoms for: dizzy, languid,edema, dark tongue, thin and white moss, string and slippery veins; CKD high bloodpressure pathological factors involved: Qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,blood deficiency,waterwet,wet muddy,hot and humid,phlegm,Blood stasis;A disease in:kidney,liver, spleen,heart,lungs and head.
