Clinical Observation On Retention Enema With An Gang Apozem Treatment For Large Intestine Damp-Heat Type Ulcerative Colitis

Objective: observe the clinical efficacy of retention enema with AnGang apozem treatment for large intestine damp-heat type ulcerative colitis.Method: 64 patients that conformed to the case including criteria were randomly divided into two groups.One was experimental group treated with AnGang apozem retention enema(31 cases).The other one was control group treated with fufanghuangbai liquid paint retention enema(33 cases).Before and after the treatment of main symptoms,signs,and statistics processing ratings to observe two groups of curative effect.Results: Clinical observation and analysis results show that the experimental group in recent curative effect,curative effect of TCM syndrome,the main single symptoms(abdominal pain,pus and blood stool),improved Mayo scoring similar to that of control group,were satisfactory;improvement than the control group in diarrhea symptoms.Conclusions: Curative effect of retention enema with AnGang apozem treatment for large intestine damp-heat type ulcerative rectitis is exact,and on diarrhea symptoms improved significantly,no obvious side effects.
