Objective:Using the cross-sectional survey method, to analysis the crowd of thehigh-normal blood pressure and hypertension syndrome for correlation, to discuss thedangerous syndrome of the high-normal blood pressure value for the development of highblood pressure, and that will provide a theoretical basis for further intervention andresearch.Methods: Through a standard form of questionnaire survey to collect sex, age, bodymass index (BMI), waist-hip ratio (WHR), smoking, alcohol consumption, high bloodpressure, found out clinical variables such as family history data and syndrome gradingquantitative data, information on cardiovascular risk factors and quantitative dataclassification, screening out1050prehypertension investigators and1835hypertensioninvestigators older than18years who work in the organs and institutions in Ping Yuancounty of Shandong Province without major disease. Establish a single and combinationsyndrome types among the excess liver-fire syndrome, accumulation of phlegm-dampness,simultaneous deficiency of Yin and Yang and Hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiencyas the standard sub-type according to the "Chinese medicine clinical research guidingprinciples". Put all information into the ACCESS database, import SPSS17.0editionstatistical software, data statistics analysis, and through the logistic regression analysis,Apply multiple Logistic regression analysis the main factor correction, simple analysissyndrome in high-normal blood pressure value for the influence of the development ofhigh blood pressure, so as to explore risk of developing syndrome between high-normalblood pressure and hypertension.Results:(1) The composition of the distribution of a single standard of syndrome of the high-normal blood pressure is the excess Hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency(37.69%), liver-fire syndrome (35.05%), simultaneous deficiency of Yin and Yang(21.56%), accumulation of phlegm-dampness (0.06%), including Hyperactivity of yangdue to yin deficiency and liver-fire syndrome suffered accounted for72.74%, that is themain form; the composition of the distribution of a single standard of syndrome of the highblood pressure is the excess Hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency (39.85%),simultaneous deficiency of Yin and Yang (39.04%), liver-fire syndrome (15.76%),accumulation of phlegm-dampness (5.35%), two deficiency syndromes of Hyperactivity ofyang due to yin deficiency and simultaneous deficiency of Yin and Yang are accounted for78.89%of all people, that is the main form.(2) Though the logistic regression analysis ofmultiple factors, according to the results, the gender, hyperlipidemia, history, BMI, age areeffect Factors of the development from the high-normal blood pressure to high bloodpressure (OR>1,P <0.05). The risk by large to small is as follows: gender, hyperlipidemia,history, age, BMI.(3) According to multiple Logistic regression analysis of correlation,correctioning after the main factors between high-normal blood pressure and high bloodpressure syndrome, the syndromes that are into the equation are liver-fire syndrome,accumulation of phlegm-dampness and simultaneous deficiency of Yin and Yang,Hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency is failed to enter equation, thoughaccumulation of phlegm-dampness is into the equation, but P>0.05.The risk by large tosmall is as follows: liver-fire syndrome (OR=3.996)> simultaneous deficiency of Yin andYang (OR=1.640)(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions:(1) The empirical syndrome may be the main syndrome of high-normalblood pressure,and high-normal blood pressure may be high value of liver pathologicalchanges that is given priority to.(2)virtual syndrome may be the main syndrome of highblood pressure.(3) Gender, hyperlipidemia, history, BMI, age are the impact factorshigh-normal blood pressure in the process of the development.(4)The risk by large tosmall is as follows: gender, hyperlipidemia, history, age, BMI.(5) Liver-fire syndrome andsimultaneous deficiency of Yin and Yang may be dangerous syndromes the developmentfrom the high-normal blood pressure to high blood pressure.(6) Liver-fire syndrome maybe risk syndrome type in high-normal blood pressure developing high blood pressure...
