The Clinical Study Of Yirenzhuye Soup Retention Enema On Treatment For Damp-Heat In Large Intestine Type Of Ulcerative Colitis

Objective:to observe the clinical curative effect of the Yirenzhuye Soup retention enema on treatment used in treating damp-heat in large intestine type of ulcerative colitis.Methods:60patients with damp-heat in large intestine type of ulcerative colitis were participated into the clinical research. They were all diagnosed at out-patient and ward of anorectal section the affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese traditional medicine. Patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and control group, with30patients in each group. Statistically significant difference has not been found between the two groups in terms of age、gender、state and disease course of an illness. That is to say, the two groups were comparable. The patients of the treatment group were given Yirenzhuye soup retention enema, which was made from the medicine-decocting room of the first affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Traditional Medicine, Specifications for the150ml/bag, and the control group Mesalazine Suppositories (made by Denmark Huiling pharmaceutical co., LTD., import license X930539). Retention enema method:made patients let their large intestine completely free of stool before daily breakfast and sleep,then heat the Yirenzhuye soup to38℃.A50ml injector was used to absorb the liquid, then slowly injected into rectum. After that made the patients to lie down and turn left and10minutes later turn right for10minutes and then lie on their back finally. This would make a better served. During the course of six weeks in both groups, discontinue other related drugs. Observed the Chinese medicine symptom integral, main symptoms, colonoscopy curative effect difference of each group and contrast the curative effect of two groups before and after treatment. The safety and effectiveness of the Yirenzhuye soup for the treatment of damp-heat in large intestine type of ulcerative colitis could be evaluated by the intended effect, which was based on the difference of each group and the difference between the groups. Result:Both of the groups made a good therapeutic effect in the clinical symptoms and endoscopic curative effect. But the main symptoms, Chinese medicine symptom integral, colonoscopy curative effect of the therapeutic effect of the treatment group were much better than the control group. No adverse reactions has been found in both of the groups. No poor indicator had been found in the safety index test of the two groups.Conclusion:1、The main symptoms, Chinese medicine symptom integral, colonoscopy curative effect of the therapeutic effect of Yirenzhuye soup was much better than Mesalazine Suppositories. It can significantly improve symptoms such as diarrhea, abdominal pain, stool with pus, blood and mucous, anal burning, etc.2、Yi bamboo soup can significantly improve ulcerative colitis patients’ congestive、edematous and ulcers colonic membrane,has good functions for repairing mucous membrane.
