The Instant Effect Of Needling Acupoint Quchi And Taichong In Loweirng Blood Pressure Of Primary Hypertension

Object:Observe the effect of different acupuncture compatibilities in treating primary hypertension by retaining needles or not. The experiment uses three compatibilities single Quchi, single Taichong, and their combination to explore the instant antihypertension effect. At the same time, analyze the relationship between retaining time and effect.Methods:Select25primary hypertesion patients.They are asked to quit hypertesion drug48hours before acupuncture to avoid the disturbance of drug..Use self---comparison to aviod inaccuracy. Puncture Quchi、Taichong respectively and the2points cmbined by retaining and unretaining the needles and observe the instant lowering hypertesion effect. To avoind the inaccuracy caused by cumultive and delaying effect of acupuncture,the interval betweed2treatment is5days.Record the biood pressure before the treatment.instant15min30min after the treatment..have self comparision and comparision between certain group.Results:1The blood pressure of six groups before and after treatment in each period is statistically analyzed:the data of diastolic blood pressure of Quchi without retaining group before and after treatment values p<0.05while others values p<0.01.2The contrast of the curative effect in needling identical acupionts retained or not.(1) In taichong retaining needles group and without retaining group there is not obvious difference between instant and15minutes later in lowering both systolic and diastolic blood pressure (p>0.05). However, after30minutes the Taichong retaining group is obviously superior to the group without retaining.(2) Compare the effect of lowering systolic blood pressure between Quchi retaining group and without retaining group, find that there is not obvious difference between instant and15minutes later (p>0.05). In lowering diastolic blood pressure, the two group have no obvious difference, but when15minutes later and30minutes later the Quchi retaining group is obviously superior to the group without retaining (p<0.01).(3) As to the combination groups, the retaining group is not distinctly different from the no retaining group in lowering both systolic and diastolic blood pressure the instant and15minutes later. But30minutes later the retaining group is more effective than no retaining group.3The contrast of the three retaining groups. In lowering systolic blood pressure: Instantly after the needling, there is not obvious difference among the three groups (p>0.05).15minutes later, the combination group is superior to Quchi group (p<0.05), and there is not obvious difference between Quchi group and the combination group, neither with Taichong and the combination group(p>0.05).30minutes later, both Taichong group and the combination group are superior to Quchi group (p<0.01) and there is not notable difference between Taichong and the combination group(p>0.05). In lowering diastolic blood pressure, the effect of the three groups are almost the same(p>0.05).4. Puncture the three groups of acupoints without retaining needles:In lowing systolic pressure:There are no obvious differences among the there groups instant15min30min after the atment.In lowing diastolic pressure:There are no obvious differences between Taichong and two acupoints combined.
