Giving the patients HuangLianWenDan decoction a daily agent, points to take2times.Each patient can be given medicine1month quantity each time, monthly visiting once。The drug used a month for a period of treatment, Each patient were taking test drug for three month。And the patients should be followed-up three months, the primary observation index includes cognitive ability、daily living skills、 memory、Chinese medical syndromes of MCI patients and the drug safety.Results:1, Compared with before treatment, after treatment with HuangLianWenDan decoction, the MCI patients’cognition was improve., and the head is not clear, feel sick, body heaviness, abdominal distension and poor appetite and total score points are obviously reduce. the difference was statistically significant (p<0.01); Much sputum and saliary symptom scores change was not statistically significant (P>0.05).2, Compared with before treatment, after treatment with HuangLianWenDan decoction, the MCI patients’ cognition (MMSE) points higher, and memory (LMS)higher and integral level of daily living skills integral (ADL) reduce have statistically significant (p<0.01).3, Compared with before treatment, after treatment with HuangLianWenDan decoction, the MCI patients’ memory, calculation and directional was higher. The difference was statistically significant (p<0.05or p<0.01), but the language points difference was no statistically significant (p>0.05).Conclusion:1HuangLianWenDan decoction can obviously improve the elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment TCM symptoms.2HuangLianWenDan decoction can obviously improve the cognition of the patients with mild cognitive impairment.
