Clinical Effect Evaluation Of Five Zi Yan Zong Decoction (WYD) In Treatment Mild Cognitive Impairment In Parkinson’s Disease (kidney And Marrow Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective To investigate the effect of Wuzi Yanzong Decoction(WYD)in treating mild cognitive impairment in Parkinson’s disease(PD-MCI)(kidney and marrow deficiency syndrome).Method Fifty patients of PD-MCI who met the inclusion criteria were assigned into t wo groups.The treated group and control group,which were administered with WYD plus Aricept and Aricept alone for 12 weeks,respectively.The Non motor Symptoms Scale in Parkinson’s disease(NMSS),Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),Montrea l cognitive assessment(MoCA)were used to evaluate the efficacy before and after trea tment.Results(1)compared with that before treatment,the control group after 6 weeks of treatment with MOCA scale score and MMSE scale scale score increase trend,TCM syndrome score decreased,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,MOCA and MMSE scale table score increased,and TCM syndrome score is lower,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,6 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment,Moca,MMSE scale were significantly increased,and TCM syndrome score decreased significantly,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,after 12 weeks of treatment,the treatment of Moca,MMSE scale table score was significantly higher than that of control group.After 6 weeks of treatment and treatment of 12 weeks,TCM syndrome score was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)the effective rate of treatment group was 91.67%,the control group was 73.08%,the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionFirst:the five sub decoction can improve the cognitive function of patients with mild cognitive impairment(kidney deficiency type)by improving the MoCA scale and MMSE scale score,and Parkinson’s mild cognitive impairment.Second:the five Zi Yan Zong Tang can reduce Parkinson mild cognitive impairment(kidney deficiency type)patients with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,improve clinical symptoms of patients.Last:the five Zi Yan Zong Tang in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment(kidney deficiency type)Parkinson has a better clinical effect.
