Provide a simple and effective, practical solutions and theoretical support for the prevention and treatment of hypertension.METHODS128cases that met inclusion criteria were randomly divided into an EA group(n=40) and a drug control group (n=40)and an EA with drug control group(the coalescence group)(n=48).In the EA group, bilateral Quchi were selected;in the drug control group,Nicardipine was taken;in the coalescence group,Electroacupuncture combined with drug was given. Observe the changes of the three groups of clinical efficacy and treatment before and after changes in blood pressure and plasma NPY and NT concentration.RESULTS1.In this study, the coalescence group of antihypertensive efficacy superior to the other two groups (P<0.05) after treatment, the EA group and the drug group compared the antihypertensive efficacy was no significant difference (P>0.05). 2.The Changes of systolic blood pressure about three groups of patients before and after treatment.In the EA group and coalescence group, the SBP changes after two weeks of treatment and after four weeks of treatment compared with after one week of treatment was a significant difference (P<0.01).
