Express And Significance Of AuroraAã€CD147〠S100A2mRNA In Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma In KazaK And Han Nationality In Xinjiang | | Posted on:2013-10-24 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Z Y Wei | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2234330374994721 | Subject:Oncology | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Objective: To investigate AuroraA, CD147and S100A2mRNA expression andexplore the significance of them in the carcinogenesis and metastasis esophagealcarcinoma and their relationship with clinicopathological parameters in esophagealsquamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)in Chinese KazaK and Han patients in Xinjiang.Methods: The expression of AuroraA, CD147and S100A2mRNA was detected byreverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) in esophageal carcinoma and dinormal esophageal tissues from37Chinese KazaK patients and40Chinese Han patients.Results:(1) In77cases of esophageal carcinoma and normal esophageal tissues, thepositive rate of AuroraA and CD147expression in esophageal carcinomatissues were71.4%and79.2%respectively, in normal esophageal tissues was64.9%and49.3%(38/77),there were significant difference of CD147, but there was not in AuroraA; The expressionlevel of AuroraA and CD147mRNA were significantly higher in esophageal carcinomathan in normal esophageal tissues(0.767±0.043and0.883±0.040vs0.616±0.052and0.675±0.023; There was not significant difference in the positive rate of AuroraA andCD147expression between Han and KazaK patients in carcinoma tissues; The expressionof AuroraA was correlated with tumor staging. The expression of CD147was correlatedwith the depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis in esophageal carcinoma.(2) In77cases of esophageal carcinoma and normal esophageal tissues, the positive rate of S100A2expression was significantly lower in esophageal carcinoma than in normal tissues51.9%vs76.6%; The expression level of S100A2mRNA was significantly lower incarcinoma than in normal esophageal0.561±0.061vs0.859±0.054; There was significantdifference in the positive rate of S100A2expression between Han and KazaK patients incarcinomatissues77.5%vs51.4%; The expression of S100A2mRNA was correlated withcarcinoma the depth of invasion.(3) The expression of S100A2was negatively correlated with AuroraA and CD147expression. Conclusion:(1) the AuroraA expression tips foradvanced squamous cell carcinoma of the esophagus.
