Clinical Research On Combined Therapy Of Zengye Decoction With Zhizhu Wan On The Older Yin Deficiency Type Functional Constipation Patients

Purpose:To observe the efficacy and safety of combined therapy of zengye decoction with zhizhu wan on the older yin deficiency type functional constipation patients.Methods:60cases of the older yin deficiency type functional constipation patients were randomly divided into treating group and controlling group by SPSS13.0.The patients in the experimental group were treated with zengye decoction with zhizhu wan and cooperate with polyethylene glycol4000, external use too Compound Carraghenates Suppositories.The patients in the control group were administered with polyethylene glycol4000, external use too Compound Carraghenates Suppositories.30d as a course of treatment.Before treatment,after treatment and12weeks after stopping medication,the clinical effects were observed.Results:1.There was remarkable difference of efficacy rate between the two groups (P>0.05).The two groups of overall effect is different.The scores of constipation symptoms of the experimental group were greatly improved compared with that of the control group.The total effective rate of the experimental group was86.7%, better than that of the control group which was72.4%.In the respect of accompanying symptoms,the experimental group was better than the control group (P <0.05).2.Stop taking the medication after3months,We carry out follow-up observation on two set.The experimental group relapses9examples (39.1%), contrast the group relapses15 examples (71.4%), two set of relapse rate have notable difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined Therapy of zengye decoction with zhizhu wan and cooperate with polyethylene glycol4000、Compound Carraghenates Suppositories on the older yin deficiency type functional constipation patients curative effect have remarkable curative effect.
