Clinical Research On The Effect Of HuaYuXiaoZhengFang In Treating Stagnancy Of Both Blood And Qi Of Adenomyosis

Purpose:To observe the clinical curative effects of HuaYuXiaoZhengFang in the treatment of Adenomyosis(Qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome). Evaluate objectively the effectiveness and safety of traditional Chinese medicine. It may provide an economical, effective and safe method for clinical treatment of adenomyosis.Methods:Choose60patients of adenomyosis accord with diagnosis standard, randomly divided into two groups,including the treatment group30cases and control group30case. The treatment group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine of HuaYuXiaoZhengFang (the experience party of mentor); the control group was treated by Dan’e Fukang fried cream. Two weeks for a course treatment.The treatment must taken continuously for6course (six menstrual cycle). Observe the effect of symptoms relief of traditional Chinese medicine such as dysmenorrhea,and the change of serum CA125and uterine volume in two groups, before and after treatment..Results:1.In the treatment group,the total effective rate of Dysmenorrhosea relief was90%,which was80%in the control group.The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group,There was significantly difference of the two groups(P<0.05).2.he reduction of dysmenorrhea integration in the treatment group was significantly obvious than that of the control group (P<0.05).The reduction of TCM symptoms score in the treatment group was significantly obvious than that of the control group (P<0.05)3.The serum CA125in both groups was remarkably decreased after treatment (P<0.05) compared with that before treatment.The degree of serum CA125reduction in the treatment group was significantly obvious than that of the control group (P<0.05)4.It showed apparent distinction in uterine volume before and after the treatment when compared within the two group (P<0.05),but not that of the inter-groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:HuaYuXiaoZhengFang is effective for qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome of adenomyosis.The therapeutic effect in reliefing the dysmenorrheal and reducing serum CA125value was significantly better than that of Dan’e Fukang fried cream.At the same time,it also has good clinical effect in relief symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and lessen the uterus volume.
