Objective:to introduce a live with parasitic soup treatment of ankylosing spondylitis patients with liver and kidney deficiency, dampness bizu clinical efficacy research, observation and subtract live alone parasitic soup in the efficacy and safety of clinical application, through to the Chinese medicine clinical symptoms integral, morning stiffness time, pain degree, refers to the observation of ground distance, ECR, CRP, study the curative effect of TCM treatment of ankylosing spondylitis, provide reliable basis for clinical application.Methods:60patients who meet eligibility criteria were randomly divided into treatment group30cases and control group30cases, respectively, used to add and subtract live with parasitic soup and wangbi tablet,8weeks after the clinical curative effect and TCM syndrome was observed.Results:l.This study suggests that the treatment group and control group can improve the patient’s clinical symptoms of TCM and clinical indicators, but the treatment group is better than that of control group (p＜0.05).2. Add and subtract live alone parasitic decoction treatment group the total effective rate was87%, control group total effective rate was70%. Two groups total effective rate, there are significant difference (p＜0.05), treatment group as control group in terms of clinical efficacy.Conclusion:Add and subtract live with parasitic soup treatment of ankylosing spondylitis kidney deficiency and dampness bizu, can improve patient’s Chinese medicine clinical symptoms; Add and subtract live with parasitic soup treatment of ankylosing spondylitis kidney deficiency and dampness bizu, has unique advantages in improving clinical indicators; Add and subtract live with parasitic soup treatment of ankylosing spondylitis kidney deficiency and dampness bizu, has good clinical effect.
