Objective:sino-japanese fellowship hospital were retrospectively analyzed theclinical characteristic of34patients with four limbs which sarcoma, clinicaldiagnosis, treatment and prognosis.Methods:Collected during the period of September2007-March2007in thefellowship hospital diagnosis and standard treatment and has complete data of34cases with four limbs which sarcoma group comparison study. This group of34cases of patient personal basic information, Lord Assyria, signs, pastmedical history, symptoms, imaging findings, diagnosis, diagnosis Ennekingstandard bone tumor staging, surgical methods, methods and curative effect ofchemotherapy and postoperative follow-up of36~60months. Patients aged13-60years old; Pathological changes:14cases in the upper tibia and the femur(19cases), humerus in1cases; According to Enneking standard stage bonecancer, the stage â…¡ A12cases, â…¡ B22cases; Amputations were performedsurgical treatment, treatment of16cases, confirmed18cases with limbtreatment;32patients with standard chemotherapy, in which22patientscurative effect is better,12cases were poor curative effect. According to theinvestigation and comparison groups were retrospectively analyzed andsummarized, to explore standard adjuvant chemotherapy, the prognosis ofpatients with different surgery method to fully. Through that is likely to affect the quality and prognosis related factors to explore, suggests that formaldiagnosis and standard chemotherapy, limb-salvage surgery or amputation inpatients with osteosarcoma.Results:postoperative follow-up of36~60months. Follow-up results limb-salvagegroup18cases,2cases of local recurrence after amputation; Two sets of a totalof6lung metastases,4cases died; Disease-free survival26cases. Withstandard chemotherapy effect good patient survival rates were81.8%at3years,3years survival rate of33.3%. By the statistical analysis shows that the effectof chemotherapy survival rate have significant difference.Conclusion:limb salvage surgery or amputation of four limbs which can effectivelyremove lesions sarcoma patients. Standard chemotherapy and good effect canreduce the recurrence rate, obviously improve the prognosis of patients.Successful comprehensive limb salvage treatment good recovery of limbfunction, which can improve the survival quality of patients.
