The Pharmaceutical And Preliminary Pharmacodynamics Research Of Yu-Ping-Feng Mixture

Objective With the expansion of the scale of Chinese poultry farm,the immunosuppressive diseases caused by different reasons make vaccination failure,increase susceptibility to infectious diseases.leading to higher mortality rate of poultry. The application of poultry immunostimulants is an effective means of prevention and treatment of poultry immunosuppressive disease. This research developed Yu-Ping-Feng mixture in order to provide a safe, effective and quality controllable veterinary immunostimulants for poultry.Methods In this topic, The preparation process,quality standards and preliminary pharmacodynamics of Yu-Ping-Feng Mixtrue had been comprehensively and system studied.In the study of extraction process of volatile oil in Radix Saposhnikoviae, the influencing factors were discussed, such as size of herb particle, addition amount of water, extracting time and immersion time, using single factor experiment method, with the yield of volatile oil as the observation index. In the study of extraction process for radix astragali, radix astragali and dreg of Radix Saposhnikoviae, the addition amount of water and immersion time were studied by single factor simulation analysis on the basis of extracting time and times,with the extraction ratio of astragaloside as the observation index. Using reserved rate of astragaloside and dry-ointment rate as evaluation indexs,The author studied alcohol sedimentation process by orthogonal test. The type and dosage of additive were studied in molding process. The quality standard was studied in order to guarantee the quality of Yu-Ping-Feng mixture. In order to verify the efficacy of Yu-Ping-Feng mixture and compare the difference of efficacy of enhancing immunity and promoting growth between Yu-Ping-Feng mixture and Yu-Ping-Feng powder,This experiment examined the body weight,organ index,phagocytic rate,T-lymphocyte transformation rate and NU-HI of chicken after treatmentResults The preparation process and the quality standards of were determined and established in this paper. The Yu-Ping-Feng mixture can promte growth and enhance organ index,phagocytic rate,T-lymphocyte transformation rate and NU-HI of chicken after treatment.The Yu-Ping-Feng mixture is more effective than Yu-Ping-Feng powder.Conclusion The preparation process of Yu-Ping-Feng mixture is scientific,resonable and practicable. This research have established the Quality standards of Yu-Ping-Feng mixture successfully. Yu-Ping-Feng mixture is better effective on poultry than Yu-Ping-Feng powder to promote growth and enhance immunity and deserves further research.
